PRO-X Series Films

CeramiTech Pro Series warranty applies to the PRO X range of products (excluding accessories), which are used, transformed, and implemented in accordance with the requirements stated in the CeramiTech Pro technical data sheets and application guides.

This warranty applies exclusively after online registration on our website within 30 days following the purchase of a CeramiTech Pro Seriesprotection film.

This warranty starts from the purchase date of your CeramiTech Pro Series protection film (installer invoice as a proof). This warranty exclusively covers the following defects: Yellowing, staining, cracking, blistering, and delaminating of the product. You must verify and test the suitability of any information with respect to the products for your specific application.

Warranty Period

CeramiTech Pro Series warranty (upon reference) to the listed quality films below for a duration of 5 years up to a 10 year warranty.

  • PRO-X1 / 10 Years

  • PRO-X5 / 5 Years

  • PRO-X Matte / 5 Years

  • PRO-X Shade / 10 Years

The Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Non-compliance with CeramiTech Pro Series guides or instructions.

  • Does not extend coverage caused by misuse, accident, misapplication, normal wear and tear, or dents from road debris impact, collisions and/or intentional damage of any kind.

  • Improper storage, installation, handling and/or use.

  • Products installed with known or visible manufacturing defects at the time of installation. It is the obligation of the installer to examine the products prior to installation for any defect of the products.

  • Minor conditions such as stains, and scratches.

  • Any damage to the wrapped surface due to improper wash techniques, automatic car washes or incorrect wash tools.

  • Does not warrant paint protection film installed on headlamps or windscreens and is not responsible for any resulting damage or fines.

  • The installation by a private individual is excluded from this warranty.

What is Warranted:

Any manufacturing defect, and protection against yellowing, cracking, bubbling, or other failure related to the material itself.

CeramiTech Pro Series warranties provide full replacement of film only. CeramiTech Pro will, remove or/and replace the CeramiTech Pro product free of charge if solely due to a manufacturing defect.

If CeramiTech Pro is to replace the defect product, an authorized installer of choice will remove and reapply the defect product. During the warranty period, CeramiTech Pro's obligation as to repair or replacement with a similar product that are available at the time of the repair or replacement. The repaired or replaced product shall also remain subject to the warranty period, and any repair or replacement shall not extend the original warranty period or start a new warranty period. Any remedy beyond replacement of the material only is solely at CeramiTech Pro's discretion.

You may obtain coverage under the warranty by providing CeramiTech Pro with filled in warranty card, copy of online warranty registration, copy of original receipt for the product identifying coverage areas, along with a detailed description and photos of the claimed defect. This Warranty is transferable only when the new owner submits CeramiTech Pro proof of the original date of installation and the original warranty card signed by the installer company.

Limitation:

Due to climatic eects the degradation of materials is a natural and unavoidable phenomenon. A modification of the transparency and brightness, as well as a slight peeling o at the edges and around the rivets/screws are normal phenomenon which do not fall within the scope of this warranty.

Except where prohibited by law, CeramiTech Pro and the installer/dealer of the product(s) shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the product(s) whether direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential, regardless of the legal theory asserted, including warranty, contract, negligence, or strict liability.

The warranty and remedies described above are the exclusive warranties available for the product(s). CeramiTech Pro installers/dealers cannot modify or extend this limited warranty. CeramiTech Pro will be solely responsible for determining the validity of all claims and reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet the above criteria. Replacement of the defective film is the exclusive remedy; liability does not extend to any other damages, incidental,consequential, or otherwise.

Important Notice

All CeramiTech Pro products are subject to careful quality control throughout the manufacturing process and are warranted to be of merchantable quality and free from manufacturing defects when leaving the factory. Published information concerning all CeramiTech Pro products is based upon research which CeramiTech Pro believes to be reliable although such information does not constitute a warranty. Because of the variety of uses of CeramiTech Pro products and the continuing development of new applications, the purchaser should carefully consider the suitability and performance of the product for each intended use, and the purchaser shall assume all risks regarding such use.
